We make unique designs. Every 2DRV® and AXXION® development comes from Ilsenburg in the Harz region. Perfected down to the smallest detail, from the CAD engineering to the FEM calculations. From the draft to the sampling to the next idea: we develop unique pieces out of unbridled passion. When it comes to production, we only use primary aluminium that has been additionally aged, are able to vary between gravity and low-pressure casting processes and only use first-class varnishes for the finish. Because we have our own tool shop in our production facilities, we are also able to construct and manufacture highly complex designs. This is perfection in series.  To ensure that the high quality of our production operations is continuously guaranteed, our own quality team is continuously present on site in our TÜV-tested production facilities. The test laboratories are equipped with a large number of state-of-the-art control and analysis stations: the x-ray, leak, impact and unbalance tests guarantee durability and longevity – even at the highest speeds. And we are inspected regularly. Almost all of our wheels have the ABE certification, and selected models also have ECE approval. We are verified and are audited by the TÜV at prescribed intervals.
